The area where you want to put pebbles down should be first clear of vegetation (spray grass or any weeds prior to starting) Try to level out the area as much as possible, using a spade or hoe.
Step 2
Lay weed mat down on the area for protection against weeds and to prevent the pebbles disappearing over time. Pin weed mat down with galvanised pins.
Step 3
Spread pebbles over area evenly usually a thickness of 50mm is enough for garden areas, sometimes more is required for paths and patio areas.
Step 4
When pebbles are all spread out, a brief hose off will remove any excess dust and dirt.
